Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms cover the HeyMilo Labs evaluation platform and its API. They supplement the HeyMilo Terms of Service, including its provisions on governing law, disputes, warranties, and liability. A signed agreement with your organization controls where it expressly addresses the same subject. These Labs terms govern the research access described here; they do not grant rights that a dataset owner has not authorized.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Labs is an invitation-only service for adult researchers and authorized business users. Use your own account, keep access credentials secure, and use a workspace only with the organization’s permission. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Workspace admins manage invitations and membership. Eval access is granted to a workspace, so its members may access the same granted evals. A bookmark, collection, copied link, or admin role does not independently grant access to restricted evidence. Tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

3. Research access and data permissions

You may inspect and evaluate the materials made available to your workspace for the purposes permitted by the applicable collection description and agreement. Recordings, transcripts, prompts, annotations, and metadata remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access does not transfer ownership or create an unrestricted dataset license.

• Keep private artifacts and exports within the authorized audience. Do not publish, resell, redistribute, or send them to outside services without permission covering that use.
• Model training, fine-tuning, voice cloning, biometric identification, and other uses beyond the stated evaluation purpose require separate written authorization and appropriate rights in the underlying material.
• Do not attempt to identify de-identified participants, contact them from research data, or combine samples with other information to reconstruct their identity.
• Preserve applicable attribution, usage restrictions, and release identifiers when using permitted exports. A request for additional examples is not a promise of availability or a new license.

4. Your contributions

You are responsible for the notes, annotations, requests, and other material you submit, including having the necessary rights and permissions. You retain your rights in your contributions and permit us to store, process, and display them as needed to operate Labs according to their sharing settings. Do not put unnecessary personal information, secrets, or third-party confidential material in research notes or requests.

5. Acceptable use

Do not bypass workspace restrictions, share accounts, probe other users’ data, defeat privacy protections, upload malicious content, or disrupt the service. Automated access must use authorized interfaces and respect applicable limits. Report suspected security issues or unintended disclosures to support@heymilo.ai.

6. Understanding the evidence

Curated samples may contain role-plays, incomplete source material, transcription errors, inferred timestamps, and human or model judgments. A satisfaction rating, candidate assessment, and agent score measure different things and may use different scales. Published releases support reproducible references, but a release is not a guarantee of accuracy, representativeness, or fitness for a particular decision. Use the documented limitations and independent judgment when interpreting results.

7. Changes and ending access

Access may end when an invitation or workspace membership is revoked, an agreement ends, or material must be restricted for security, legal, or rights reasons. Stop using affected materials and follow applicable deletion or return obligations. Saved links and exports do not preserve a right to access after revocation. We may update these terms by posting a revised date and providing further notice when required.
